I'd be interested to see where my current company is at in five years. The growth has been pretty impressive - but I'm wondering which employees will still be around (if they take care of their employees enough to keep them around) Aside from that I'd like to be working in/on a different stack so I'm still learning. Ideally I'll find an OSS project to work on when I can, or start an interesting side project of my own.
