- troydavis 10y agoThis is more detailed and transparent than I ever expected to see, particularly about crew changes as the reason for rebooking. That's not saying much, though. It ignores the CEO's 2-3 days of justifying United's actions as intentional and appropriate. How about some self-examination why the CEO didn't immediately acknowledge that physical force wasn't justified?
