Well, Do they respond and work on your project outside of office hours? Do you pay them for that time. If it's not excessive it probably evens out.

- Ph4nt0m 9y agoThat is spot on I think, some people will spend a whole lot of their personal time on work tasks just because they like it. The issue could be with the colleagues that clock-in/clock-out and see him work on personal stuff and think they can do it too.
