This article is just a series of strawman arguments. It sets out misconceptions that proponents of strong AI mostly don't believe, then argues against them. I'll be honest, I didn't read the arguments in detail (since they're just rebutting strawman arguments it hardly seemed worthwhile), but I was sort of surprised at how poorly reasoned the arguments were even for the parts I agree with.
