Ugh, not another AI article by a Wired editor. I skimmed it and saw only strawmen and non-sequiturs. These issues are mind-bending topics that stretch the imaginations of the most brilliant people I am aware of. It takes them a lifetime to build good intuitions and analogies. I wish that writers of this caliber felt as qualified to write one sentence about it as they actually are.
