- mahyarm 9y agoI thought the bubble was going to 'burst' in 2012. I also thought the Vancouver RE market was going to burst 10 years ago too in 2007. And it still hasn't burst, it just flatlined and then kept on going. Bubble prediction is a difficult game to play.
