- cookiecaper 9y agoThis is true, but please do be aware that any social grace you can pick up will go a long way, and that someone with this attitude will never successfully progress into a managerial role.
- rak00n 9y agoNot only that. In order to work with other people you have to understand them to certain extent in order to have a peaceful coexistence. Having social grace is an essential quality to work with other people even if you don't want to be a manager.
