NNCP contains nncp-daemon and nncp-caller that work with online protocol. It uses Noise protocol: http://noiseprotocol.org/ http://noiseprotocol.org/ (Noise-IK). So ratcheting as Signal does is already applied. http://www.nncpgo.org/Sync.html http://www.nncpgo.org/Sync.html
