I recently read a post on Quora that asked how an introvert could succeed as a doctor. Like that poster, it seems you are experiencing more than introversion. Perhaps you are shy and/or suffer from social anxiety. These are distinct from introversion and can be treated. Introversion by itself is nothing to worry about.
