the volocopter is a very cool project the problem is that will need a new legal framework kitty works on current part 103 regulation.
Also I don't belive the volocopter will work for 2 passengers at least in the next 10 years.

USA/FAA, of course, remains to be seen, though the general move to performance-based certification makes me a bit more optimistic. At any rate, the two major roadblocks are regulation and battery, as ever.
