Why wouldn't Google use all available channels (let us say.. bringing up the 'unfair' terms that Apple imposes on 3rd parties to the NYT) in order to break into a significant market? As with everything that comes from a large corporation, there are reasons for this 'complaining' and it needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
