Seems like 'provocative' and 'provocateur' are reasonable descriptions of this behavior and this person.
- victim2 10y agoThe police crossed the street in order to disrupt recording and interact with Chris, not the other way around. Chris crossed over to a sidewalk within the east and west bound lanes of traffic. He remained across from the checkpoint and the west bound lanes of traffic (though there was no traffic of significance at the time due to the time of day and activists successfully re-routing 90% of traffic much further down the street).
