Spot on. It's one of the most disturbing UX issue that every tab gets reloaded and sometimes requires being online on mobile where connectivity is not always present.
The second thing is the browser session span on mobile. IMHO, it should start when I start and login to my smart device (with a pin, pattern or fingerprint) and it should finish when I restart my device. Currently when I close the last browser window I lose browser session.
