#1. Are you kidding me? This is a ridiculous way of fixing the problem. The targets should be big cos like Bank of America, Citibank etc (even WH favorite Harley Davidson) which use these "giants" as a proxy to hire these H1-B authorized employees. #2. If a group of people are willing to do your job for less money (as much as you'd like to point out the quality, it's probably good enough), your job WILL be fucked with or without H1-B visas. That is how a capitalism works. Sure fix the H1B system but only you can fix your inefficiency. Big cos will find the most efficient route for getting good enough quality of work doen and most of the work is / will be shipped offshore.
