Seriously? Show me a ride hailing UX similar to Uber's at the time Uber launched...
- late2part 10y agoI don't think Uber's UX has ever been great.
- omarchowdhury 10y agoThat's alright, and that's subjective. But they certainly are facilitating a large volume of rides daily, in multiple cities, with tens of thousands of drivers and millions of riders. There UX is working well, but anyway the evolution of the ride sharing market isn't going to be in UX. Right now the market problem seems to be sustainability for Uber, drivers, and riders, since Uber and Lyft are losing cash. But who knows? Do the riders and the drivers really need Uber or Lyft?
