I'm off uber after a BS "5 minute" issue. I've been using it for years, they literally had to burn so much goodwill to get me to stop using them, it's almost impressive.
- rafe33 9y agoFurther proof it's a pure commodity service and customer satisfaction is the most important metric for them to measure.
- odonnellryan 9y agoYou're talking about them tracking you for up to five minutes after they drop you off, right? I've also left Uber for Lyft.
