Simple Habit is hiring a second engineer

Simple Habit (YC W2017) is Netflix for mindfulness & meditations. We are a platform that brings great meditations created by the best teachers in the world to all of our meditators. Meditations are designed for a variety of situations and moods including meditation before a meeting, and meditation for engineers. We've launched less than a year ago, but we're already one of the top grossing health & fitness apps on the AppStore. We're a team of 4 (CEO, CTO, engineer, designer). We have a unique opportunity to build the next big consumer brand, with backing from YCombinator, NEA, as well as prominent investors in Silicon Valley. We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (aka Macgyver). As our #2 engineer, you’d come to work on product and architecture all over the stack. We expect you to own the parts of product you’re working on, taking smart risks to shape a coherent user narrative throughout Simple Habit’s products! If you’re willing to challenge yourself daily, pick up new technologies and reuse tried and true methods, come work with us. We’re using Swift for iOS, Kotlin on Android, and React on our web app. Our backend is built on Heroku/NodeJS/Express as well as some Python3.
