Well, even those might not be allowed right now. In France for instance, they're not, for a host of reasons: limited weight, limited range, and the need for authorization requests come to mind. There's also making sure there is no human within 30m of the drone, limited wireless power (don't pollute the spectrum!)… We're not there yet.
