Small correction. "Software engineer" has been a valid TN category since the early (?) 90s.
- EduardoBautista 10y agoYes, I know several people from Mexico who have a TN visa. They just have to make sure their job title says "Engineer".
- baursak 10y agoIt's actually just "Engineer", which is pretty broad I guess. Does your diploma have to say anything about "Engineer"?
