Isn't that illegal? Didn't ever talk to a lawyer about that?
- delbel 10y agoNot sure, however we were contacted by a lawyer about a year and a half later, and some of the other employees had organized. at the time, another developer and I decided it was to risky to have the "hey, I sued my last employer!" badge on our career so we passed.
