I didn't accept a pay cut, although the wage hasn't kept up in the area the company is located in. In other words, I wouldn't even consider working on site for my current company without a minimum ~50% raise (bay area). In the US, you can cut out state taxes by moving to a state that doesn't levy income tax. It's a nice self-raise.
