FWIW, you can return the drive for a full refund.
- infogulch 10y agoI feel like gp wants to keep a hdd as a third copy of the backup somewhere safe under their physical control. This is prohibitively expensive to do for multiple computers at once, and gp would prefer a single hdd that has a copy of the backup for multiple computers, which would reduce the cost.
