What effect does this have? AFAIK spoiled ballot papers counts are not announced at all (or not very widely if they are) so what's the point?

- chrisseaton 9y ago> spoiled ballot papers counts are not announced at all That's not true. Returning officers announce the number of rejected ballot papers, and explain why they were rejected, at the same time as this winner is announced. For example: https://youtu.be/jbDgT3b-M44?t=117 https://youtu.be/jbDgT3b-M44?t=117
- tonyedgecombe 9y agoMost people who don't vote do so out of laziness, by spoiling your ballet paper you can refute that.
