How about lowering CEO pay by about 90% and distributing that to employees, i.e. paying a fair wage adjusted for gains in productivity?
- bskap 10y agoIf you lowered the CEO of McDonalds's pay by 90% and distributed it to all the employees, they'd get less than $20 each. It doesn't exactly bump them up to a living wage.
