Because despite being thorough, there's no way this write-up could be completed slower than building the actual thing they're describing.
- specialist 9y agoBelated response: I've done a fair amount of tech writing. Documentation always takes me as long or longer than designing, coding. Most recently, when I released a novel layout manager, the docs, examples, screenshots, etc took roughly twice as much effort as everything else combined.
