For those of us that don't own a license, can I use that build without a license?

    OK, I read that and didn't understand the "registered" (should be "users that have a License"). I understood as "registered on the forum" and figured I could try it. It ended up erasing my non-dev sublime text :'(

      you can still download the old one, just replace the version on the build url ;)

  Yes. You'll just get a reminder every while to get a license. Which you should :)

    Not 'this' build. Dev is only for those who spent some $.
