This is easily solved by giving people "Paid time off" days which can be used for either vacation or sick days.

This is easily solved by giving people "Paid time off" days which can be used for either vacation or sick days.
- WalterBright 10y agoThis is not so easy when you are expected to give notice for vacation so your employer has time to make arrangements to cover your duties.
