I agree with the Mac Mini only, for the reason it can be upgraded. I've added 16GB RAM and dual storage with an SSD & HDD. Runs current macOS great, despite being a mid-2011 model. Now a refresh that supports 4K & 5K displays along with updated CPU/GPU would be my wish.
