I suspect that in retrospect, United would gladly have paid $100,000 to avoid this fiasco.
- toomuchtodo 10y agoFunny enough, it would've only cost United ~$10k to put their crew on a dedicated Embraer 145 commuter jet to Louisville from Ohare. Oops.
