Someone should contact this company and volunteer to redesign their website (https://www.x20.org https://www.x20.org). They should also be told that "complimentary" and "complementary" don't mean the same thing.
They have a great product, unfortunately presented on a terrible website.
- giarc 10y agoWhy should someone volunteer to redesign their site. They are a private company, they can pay someone to do that. This isn't a charity.
- 19eightyfour 10y agoI guess the idea of the comment was that the product is so cool, it is reasonable that people just want to help out gratis. Like interns feel totally fine offering to work for free at a rocketship startup.
- lutusp 10y ago> Why should someone volunteer to redesign their site. I didn't mean volunteer without pay. You must be aware that, for missions so unpleasant as to be sanity-threatening, the military only accepts volunteers. Same idea.
- azernik 10y agoLooks like they're aiming to sell mostly to military customers. The sales process is probably high-touch, in-person sales - a customer going to the website is probably an infrequent occurence.
