I'm 36. I submitted my resignation a few weeks ago, to start a company. Yesterday my current employer and I officially came to terms on allowing me to switch to hourly to allow them more transitional time and for me to work on ramping up getting things going. I'm a bit torn on this. Part of me feels I should just cut the cord and be completely committed but at the same time I think the arrangement allows a win-win for all parties involved.
