- Bedon292 9y agoSomething like this format certainly makes sense for fresh out of Univeristy, since they should really not be going that long. But seems much less useful for someone with 5+ years of experience and several jobs. But I am definitely interested to see what other HR departments are looking for these days. Is this format attractive as someone doing hiring?
