Whataboutism is basically the currency of debate on the internet these days. For whatever reason it's the arguing style de jure.
- crusso 10y agoIt's not necessarily whataboutism. It could also be a reflection of the fact that there are other circumstances necessitating the border treatment that are felt beyond the USA. Other countries are going through the same changes and they didn't elect Trump. edit: typo
