This is one of the reasons I dislike anti-discrimination laws.

- yuhong 10y agoOne of the evidence often used in these lawsuits is performance reviews.
- gumby 10y agoWell hopefully everyone dislikes them but seriously is there any better alternative? And despite the serious drawbacks the net result in countries I'm familiar with (US, AUS, DE) have been significantly positive.
- yuhong 10y agoI suggested a compromise limiting them to manual jobs and the like, in which the performance is easily measurable for example.
