I go in more than once or twice a year (3-7 times at a guess) but otherwise I am pretty much fully remote. (It's 185km round trip so I don't go in when I don't have too)
I find I am not all that productive at the office but when I do go I find that we decide a lot of things in meetings I go in for so find it worthwhile.
- cgopalan 10y agoYes, I agree. At this time I never have to go in ever, but I would not mind going in a couple of times for either meetings or not necessarily even work-based meets just because IMO, face-to-face meets actually helps make people comfortable for future remote interaction.
