I work in the pacific time zone, and dealing with US based companies couldn't be easier. I'm a seasoned freelancer with over 15 years experience, and I've worked with all kinds of organizations, from small startups, to Fortune 50 organizations. Very familiar with Agile / DevOps approaches, and particularly fond of good developer testing practices. My focus is on delivering lean, simple, well tested products. I've worked on desktop GUI applications, backend web services, web UIs. These days my focus has been on the backend, typically providing some kind of a REST API. This includes all the usual tech: relational and NoSQL databases (Mysql, Postgresql, RethinkDB, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis), Docker, Docker Cloud, AWS. Spring, Guice, and many more.
