IBM participated in apartheid[0] in South Africa, providing hardware and software to the government to run the passbook system which enabled widespread racial profiling. They have yet to be held accountable[1], despite having participated directly. Say what you will about the author of NanoCore, he participated in the supposed crimes less than IBM did in apartheid.
