The rule of thumb that I have found.. you spend 90% of your time on less than 10% of your clients... so just price yourself out of their market.
- GavinMcG 10y agoWhy would you think the 10% that's a pain to deal with is the 10% at the bottom economically?
- basicplus2 10y agoI don't think they are at the bottom economically, I am saying I will charge a rediculously large fee.
- bichiliad 10y agoI think you'll find people like that, regardless. At the end of the day, people get frustrated when they pay money for something that doesn't work. Plus, posting in a forum can feel like shouting at a wall rather than talking to a person, especially if you're not used to posting in forums. If you're patient enough with angry customers, they can become some of the most adamant supporters of your product.
