I honestly just reply to some of the recruiters that are flooding my inbox (that's how I got my current job); if I'm feeling ambitious I poke around AngelList, and ask friends if their companies are hiring. Indeed seems as old and busted as Monster.com or... what was that one? Cube? Dice? Something like that.
