The answer is simple: most people don't live intentionally.
I regularly meet miserable people in SF that could elevate their happiness by changing their life situation. But they don't, because the default path is easier.
- astrange 10y agoIf you're in debt or you can't break your lease, there's only ever very short windows to change your life. And it wasn't until recently that you could find FI-style communities about avoiding debt.
