Fully agreed. Also, 1-3 can easily be solved with a Vanguard/ETF/S&P500/etc. While technically not risk free, it practically is in the long run. Having money doesn't inherently create any problems for you. Having no money however definitely limits your options of living. Having these problems (mentioned in the article) is completely unrelated to money.
