Keep track of your YouTube videos in other platforms such as Facebook or Vimeo

Hi everyone, I would like to know if you, as content creators, would use a tool to keep track of your YouTube videos on YouTube or in other platforms such as Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram (to name a few). Which kind of metrics would you like to see in terms of analytics or reports? Would you pay for it? Or would you rather use it in a freemium mode (with some limitations)? Any suggestion or opinion is more than welcome (good or bad). Thank you very much for your time.
