You're the first person I've seen hold that phrase in a negative light, can you explain what you mean?
- Klockan 10y agoI can easily imagine a bad manager using the quote to justify himself not budging (Strong opinions held loosely) and also to judge others when they don't budge (Strong opinions held loosely).
