This is a pretty troubling way to phrase using behavioral science to manipulate your employees.

- pbreit 10y agoIn Uber's defense, the article doesn't mention much or anything that isn't covered in Business 101. Encouraging drivers to locate in busy areas does not require behavioral science.

- spectistcles 10y agoI didn't say manipulation was evil, just pointing out that manipulating someone and calling it love seems more like abuse than love.
