Capers, or specifically caper brine, also make for a wonderful addition. You could also go for a combination of salt, dill, and Old Bay.
- el_benhameen 10y agoFresh sardines in olive oil and lemon are another fantastic one. I just wish I knew where to find them outside of a restaurant so I could make my own.
