I am quite interested in "how" the working hours are spent, rather than how many. Personally, it's when I forget about time, that I am more efficient, engaged and satisfied. Today I cleaned my house for 5 hours and almost forgot it suppose to be daunting. Did the same trick, imagining I have plenty of time. Just taking my time...
