Yes, as soon as I read over your symptoms, my gut told me that you don't have enough B12 in your system, probably combined with chronic fatigue. I had (past tense) very similar symptoms, minus the heat sensitivity. Regular doctor was useless. Went to an environmental doctor, Dr, Krop in Mississauga, Ontario and he didn't let me out of the office until he gave me a massive B12 shot. Amazing that 10 years later, doctors still miss this.
