Most of the dishwashers I've seen don't actively drive the rotating spray bar. It's spun by the water running through it and being ejected through angled holes.

Most of the dishwashers I've seen don't actively drive the rotating spray bar. It's spun by the water running through it and being ejected through angled holes. You'd need to run a air blower into the same plumbing to make it do anything, and you'd need a fair bit of air to produce the same thrust.
