Why don't homeowner's and renter's insurance policies have short term rental exclusion clauses? This type of damage seems like a source of expensive claims.
- alistairSH 10y agoI believe they do. That's why AirBnB advertises the policy mentioned in the article. The problem is AirBnB appears to make it very difficult to make a successful claim.
