This is great. If Meeting notes get written, the chance of follow-up it 40-50%. If not, it trends to 0. Meeting notes are the only good weapon against our failing memories, and decisions that get changed without everyone being present. I use Evernote, and carry my laptop everywhere because otherwise it doesn't happen.
